Today’s episode is for every woman who has wanted to be a mother, but your dream never happened. How do you cope when your dream is crushed? Stay tuned and I’ll tell you more!

If you haven't come across their work...

World Childless Week raises awareness of the childless-not-by-choice community and gives every childless person a confident space to share their story, running year-round but particularly every September.

It offers support groups where people dealing with the grief of childlessness can find belonging and community among many other support avenues. There are stories, sharing of overlapping experiences, alongside webinars, live online gatherings, and a directory of counsellors and social groups for women who wanted to be mothers (and fathers) but weren't able to.

How do you cope when your one, only dream is crushed? Maybe all your expectations and desires for the future were shattered.

But in the middle of your darkest moment, you can realise how strong you are and find a way to cope with the pain.

Turn your ‘why me’ questions into ‘why not me’ and with time you will find your purpose again.

In this episode I share my Triple A framework, to help you cope with your crushed dream.

And if you need to find a therapist or coach to support you, visit World Childless Week
