Driving towards the city this week, the autumn colours caught my eye. Autumn or fall is one of my favourite seasons, and it reminded me of so much. Where I was this time last year. What our family was going through and navigating the seasons of life is always filled with ups and downs especially on our motivation.

And I thought about the conversations I’ve had even this week, where several people have told me how they’ve lost their motivation. Change that creeps up or happens suddenly, autumn is one of those seasons that captures it all.
