Somewhere between the life you planned and the life you're living, there's a version of you still grieving something you never even called grief — a dream that didn't end dramatically, it just quietly stopped being possible.
Here's what I've learned: you don't move on from a lost dream by replacing it. You move on by unpacking it — because the dream was never really the house, the relationship, the timeline. It was something deeper — safety, love and an identity.
The amazing part is you can recreate your identity. And your why doesn't die just because the dreams you had were crushed.
So today, I'm not asking you to let go. It's about rebuild after there's no dream — because even if our dreams seem lost forever, you can find hope and a new reason to start over again.
In this first episode, I talk about your why and how you can move forward from the loss of your dream by asking questions and finding your why.
Thanks for listening and hope you'll join me next week!
