Most women think monetizable skills are challenging and a lot of work, where you need a certification, or decades of experience, but the skills you've been sharing with everyone, the advise that most people come to you for and are part of your 'zone of genius' where you're just good at something without trying — is usually where you should start.

If you've ever organized your best friend's house or talked someone off a ledge, or explained something complicated until it finally clicked, or been the person others go to for life changing advise, those are not just qualities but ways you're already serving others.

So before you think otherwise, start with what you already know and be prepared to do something incredible to monetize your skills.
