When did you last go 24 hours without checking your phone?
Most entrepreneurs lose 2 hours a day to distraction. Not because they're bored, but because task-switching is the silent drain on their focus, energy, and momentum.
In this episode, Ava shares the DFP method — a simple system to reclaim your time and choose a different method instead.
This is for: online creators and service providers who fell they are drowning in tasks and their income and energy don't match their hours.
Five things to take away
Why digital clutter is similar to a messy desk
Why switching tasks can cost you 30 minutes of lost focus
The 3-step DFP method
How to time-block your day
How to "chunk" your to-do list so your brain can actually process it.
Learn the DFP Method
1. Protect your focus
Block 2 hours, first thing in the day. One task at a time for one hour max. Close every tab you don't need.
2. Chunk your tasks
Sort your to-do list into categories — like income-generating, daily operations, health, family. Your brain works better with patterns than long lists.
3. Lead with purpose
Before you act, ask:
Why is this important?
Who will this impact?
What will it give me?
"The goal is not to live without technology, but to lead with a mind that can hold complexity without drowning in noise."
