Pursue a result and you might get it — then feel strangely empty, because the goal was never the point.
Pursue who you have to become to earn that result, and the goal becomes almost beside the point, because you're now someone who doesn't quit, doesn't give up and doesn't need permission.
For many gaining a result is a temporary celebration — and once you hit your goals, too soon it can feel like you're chasing the next goal.
The growth journey is more about being disciplined enough to build a business even if it takes longer than you thought or your direction changes.
When you show up despite your fear and persevere even when there are no visible results; those lessons will stay with you and you'll carry that into every room for the rest of your life.
When I stopped asking, "what do I want to achieve." And changed it to, "who do I have to become to be the kind of woman that achieves it" — I changed my rose tinted lens and started to see more opportunities rather than challenges.
In a world where success is often measured by tangible outcomes and achievements, it’s easy to overlook the significance of your personal growth.
But the latter couldn’t be truer. The journey of self-improvement and the person you become along the way is far more valuable than any single result. Stay tuned because this podcast episode explores why focusing on who you become is more important than the results you achieve.
And I’ll be sharing what the value of personal growth is, how to enjoy your growth as a life looooooong journey AND some practical tips you can focus on – so you grow in your own life!
